Dev Kabra founded American Victory with a simple purpose: to improve the well-being and livelihood of Americans by building the housing, communities, and institutions that support them. He has served as general partner, limited partner, and personal guarantor on the company's own capital, and has led the businesses he builds through all seasons.

A graduate of Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, with a B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business, he began in mergers & acquisitions in New York City, with a private equity team, working on SPAC-readiness verification, SOX and GAAP compliance review, and carve-out planning. He has also advised delegates and executives in New Delhi and San Francisco on off-grid solar-water infrastructure for Claro Energy, in partnership with the World Bank and SwissRE.

He is, by nature, an all-rounder: a multi-engine pilot since the age of seventeen, a national qualifier in Wado-Ryu, and an enthusiast of motorsports and golf, with a deep appreciation for the arts and a commitment to charitable causes. Equally at home negotiating with a city, leading a large team, or sitting at a family table, he leads with conviction and warmth, and is as eager to learn from the people around him as to lead them.

Kabra's vision extends beyond the company itself — American Victory exists as a channel for a broader commitment to strengthening America's education, economies, and opportunity. Every project is measured not only by return, but by the lives it improves, the productivity it creates, and the enjoyment it brings to the families and individuals it touches. Jit Kabra is a strategic advisor to ownership groups, boards, and executive teams, engaged when an organization is approaching a decision that will define its next decade. Across Fortune 500 companies, middle-market firms, family offices, and private equity portfolios, he has managed billion-dollar budgets and restructured companies for three outcomes: a public offering, an acquisition, or disciplined organic growth.

His work is the core of enterprise value: aligning operations, systems, and capital to a single strategy, and building an organization capable of carrying the outcome its owners intend.
